By using this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Site, any Services available through it, or any information contained on it.
Your use of certain Services may also be subject to the terms of Scintilla’s third-party providers, which you must agree to separately.
Scintilla may update the Site or these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Site. By continuing to use the Site after such updates, you agree to the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Site.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai.
Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE, with oversight by VARA where applicable.
If you submit suggestions, comments, or ideas to Scintilla (“Feedback”), you agree that Scintilla may use them without restriction or compensation, provided that any personal data included will be handled in line with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Scintilla regarding the Site and supersede prior agreements.
Provisions on intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, indemnity, and governing law survive termination.
