Local Laws and Dispute Resolutions
Scintilla controls and operates this Site from its headquarters in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China (“Hong Kong”) and the Emirate of Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“Dubai”). The Materials may not be appropriate or available for use in other locations. If you use this Site outside Hong Kong or Dubai, you are responsible for following applicable local laws.
