A seasoned C-suite executive, Tim has managed teams of up to 35,000 people and led operations in over 60 countries, balancing global reach with deep sector expertise. He began his career as a chartered accountant, then mastered Six Sigma methodologies as a Master Black Belt within GE’s elite program, adding Gallup Strengths Coach certification to his credentials, a skill he’s used to mentor countless professionals on their paths to success.
Tim’s career journey spans assignments across London, Dubai, and some of the world’s most challenging regions, including Afghanistan, Mozambique, and West Africa. In 2020, he made a bold pivot from the corporate world to entrepreneurial pursuits, launching two businesses and investing in several start-ups before zeroing in on his passion for fintech. Since 2022, Tim has spearheaded Scintilla, an institutional-grade tokenization engine, leading the company’s transformation and growth as a subsidiary of DLA Piper into an independent powerhouse positioned at the cutting edge of digital finance.
